Square Footage: Pricing is based on above-grade finished square footage. If you're unsure of your home's size, we can help determine the appropriate package.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of inspection. We accept cash, check, e-transfer, and all major credit cards.*

Scheduling: Most inspections can be scheduled within 2-3 business days. Rush inspections may be available for an additional fee.
Cancellation: Please provide 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee.
Special Circumstances: Properties with unique features, multiple outbuildings, acreages, or commercial elements may require custom pricing. Contact us for a quote.
